Cancellation/Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, store credit, or refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may also return any defective or malfunctioning product within 5 days of receiving the item for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email countrybestdistributor@gmail.com  with a description of what happened and we will make it right.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for all US orders over $45 ("Free Shipping" option will use either USPS First class or Priority, depending on the weight of your shipment).

International shipping is available via USPS to most countries.  If your country is unavailable, please get in touch and we will work to get you added!  Please be aware of your country's import restrictions and customs laws and purchase wisely.  We can not be held responsible for shipments held or seized in customs.  

All orders are shipped via USPS with your choice of Priority or First Class (for shipments under 13oz).  Once your order has been packaged and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow the order directly to your doorstep!

All orders ship out of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida region.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
